Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order. A confirmed order is an offer to buy, accepted when we dispatch the goods.
Shipping & returns
We ship across India and worldwide; timelines and costs are shown at checkout. Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, with free pickup. Full details are on our FAQ page.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, imagery, logos, product designs and the VillPower name — is owned by VillPower or its partners and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, VillPower is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
