Yes — every product is made by hand in one of our partner villages. Each listing tells you the village and craft behind it, and many carry small, honest variations that come with handmade work.
We use natural ingredients wherever possible and clearly mention product details on each listing.
Yes, bulk and corporate gifting orders are available. Please contact our team with your requirement.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery usually takes 3–6 business days across India.
Shipping is free on domestic orders over ₹999.
International shipping is available for selected products and locations.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
Returns & Refunds
We offer 7-day returns on unopened items with pickup included.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Please share photos of the damaged item and packaging. Our support team will help with replacement or refund.
